Good article which suggests what we already know which is that GSPC is dead and buried. However the article also says 'The plan prepared by SBI Caps suggests that the state government and its other entities take over a part of GSPC's burden to reduce its outstanding to under Rs 7,500 crore. GSPC officials add that the company is doing good business.' which suggests that they are buying time to allow this to continue longer term. To me its case of someone in debt borrowing more money to pay the debts which in turn leads to more debt. They are buying time but one day it all comes crashing down....I dont accept interpretations of RNS language anymore as I have fallen for that in the past to my detriment. I remain on the sidelines until Oct...this is a multi bagger on the right decision in court but my watch list is littered with companies in a similar situation....PFP, COPL to name just 2

You sure? 5th of Nov not far away and delaying until means a few more months before it gets listed which takes it close to placing time do you not think? Im sure they can raise money as they have been doing for years but seriously what is the Indian gov't playing at? Sign it over and watch it pump money out in the future which you need - these governments I dont know.....

They will adjourn again until after 5th of Nov which will mean it expires and they will need to reissue it again. They are buying time waiting for miracle. They have no money so they might as well give the license up.....how long can they adjourn/delay it for? The decision is yours!

I can only hope for the best but with this dispute it’s another hurdle to overcome. At least the placing provides a decent amount of money to buy time. An RNS stating wage reduction or deferred wages would give me confidence that they are sharing the pain of every shareholder who is currently red. I can’t be bothered to post as nothing to discuss until the next RNS. I’m in ADL and new CEO slashed wages and costs to turn it round and we need similar cutting of cloth here. The only reason I’ve not cut my losses as I believe this is a 10 bagger upon license and finance news and that’s the only thing that keeps me here!!!!

In issue and no news so price has to drop to attract buyers. Problem is with no new news pi s are selling at a loss which is leading to further price pressure. I made no secret that I caught on the last pump so was in at 0.8 and averaged down since.....come on ART restore some value!

The new CEO said he will restore shareholder value and he has signed lots of deal recently and with rumours of more to come. All current holders think 5p is a sensible price for what we have so far and it won’t be too long until we get there

Didn’t expect this. Maybe they are right it was her plan from the beginning to take control for less than 2p a share although 2p a share is nothing to a woman of her wealth. It would be good to know if existing shareholders consented to the deal or not without it being deemed a takeover as that was her requirements....mmm sorry for all holders with this kick in the nuts on a Wednesday morning. Most of us have been duped at one time or another. Me in GGP when the defo deal was coming in Jan when I lost 50% in one day which was thousands.....dust off and start again with the crumbs you have left

On ADL due to the recent news. I think many people can’t believe the turn around that has started can continue. As the good news continues to roll then people will have to sit up and take notice. We have potentially plenty of gas and with some oil thrown in. Once all this starts to get firmed up there will be a serious re rate on....watch this space it’s not super Sunday but a super end to September coming up!

And triple the oil we have yet we have a mcap 30 times less then them. Re rate coming. Ukog further dilution today to buy a bigger stake of the oil field that doesn’t appear to have that much oil

They will need to control it soon as we are due a spike to get the inevitable re rate under way. We are under valued for what we have.....the price will catch up soon enough

Other plays #RBD 40 mil cap #BOIL 7 mill cap #UOG 15 mill cap and they don’t have much more oil than us. We have the potential for more projects to come online with rumours of another INDO asset heading our way. We are a tiny mcap due a re rate

Before the consolidation and before the news flow.....plenty of news to come and a decent re rate in my opinion. We are valued below peers and have a percentage of $111 million dollars cost recovery on the INDO asset. Happy days
