I fully agree with you on this matter, JS needs to be stopped, he is fire fighting and trying to run away from not delivering on any of his promises etc , once it goes private he will be totally unaccountable for his actions, as many have said on here before there needs to be a full investigation into company funds and where all the money has gone to!! At this stage I really wish I had not invested and lost almost 95% of my investment, if I knew back then what I know now I would have run away, not because I don't believe in the business, but just from who I running it.

We all need to stop the delist, otherwise JS will take the company into oblivion! Whatever he says is never correct, company is full of secrets and smoke and mirrors, order books going back 2+ years and nothing moved forward, how can anyone trust anything that comes out of his mouth????

Save our investments and keep it public is my call.

Well done Toli, this is a great example of how we have been waiting since 2023, over 2 years now, for contracts to be delivered and yet nothing has materialised! This is why it should remain listed, if the CEO cannot deliver in over 2yrs as a listed entity, then how can he be trusted to deliver when it's private?

The problem with backing the proposal is that we lose all visibility with what JS and partners are doing, I don't believe for a minute that he's in talks about another 20m, whe he went public it was to make getting funds easier, now everyone knows he has failed, wasted the 30m+ already raised, now he's changed his mind. I don't think anything he is doing is for anyone's benefit except his own. Any other normal company the board would have ousted him last year, the guy is a complete disaster in my opinion. Let's vote against the delisting.

I predict JS, will spout more BS, there will be no clarity regarding funding, will probably say investors are lined up once it goes off AIM. Everything's great, him and his team are performing very well etc etc

I could not agree with you more Nativeboy, at least 30m invested, nothing to show for it, he has a lot of explaining to do!, once delisted nobody will be able to see where any of the money is going. He know he has not delivered and that is why he is delisting in my opinion. He has to go, in some ways calling in the administrator will at least see the company being taken over by someone capable, and it would protect investors. I wonder what the other 2 founders are thinking?

Don't know about rent and wages, but a couple of suppliers have confided that they are owed large sums of money for a long time and are proceeding down the legal route to recover.

I have heard whispers that they have not been paying their bills for the past few weeks! Surely this means they are now insolvent and that it should have been announced to the market? Or am I wrong on this one?

Itsawrap, it loooks like you were correct, nothing released today, vitually zero share dealings for a while now. I think its going to go down ! surely they have to announce something this week??

Howard, how can us shareholders who feel betrayed, and frankly conned out of large sums (or small) instigate an investigation? who or where can we report this to?

For me personaly its game over, there can only be one way out of the mess that they are in (see my earlier post), If the money does not come in then I think it will go into liquidation, and be bought for pennies on the pound but a private investor who can then run the company correctly instead of how it has been run under its current CEO. I feel for all of the people who in some cases I am sure must have put in millions- only to be lost! I hope that I am wrong, but, to me, there is no light at the end of the tunnel for anyone except for founders! everyone else needs to write off their holdings etc. And those who are thinking of the US listing, well that has to be at least 3 years away!

Could not agree with you more spyonthewall, one great big con, what CEO who has not delivered on anything still keep their position!! lots of promises, lots of contracts signed, but not earning any money and still persuding investors to invest!! all very suspect in my opinion!

I think the only thing we are going to hear is that the funding has come in, then the company will delist, reform/rename itself,(based on how many CELADON variations are listed on companies house) and all investors will be left in the lurch, their depts will be left with the current company, no one to answer to, and everyone who has put money in will lose everything courtesy of the CEO!. Thats my opinion on the current state of this company, how elese can you explain everything thats been happening as pointed out by "itsawrap". His plan is not whats best for the investors- both private and share investors alike, as none of what is happening indicates anything other than immoral practices. I would love to see their financials!!
