Looks like the games up, with the regulation the way it is , this business is a mugs game, you can't win. But beware !!! If PFG ccd division goes bust , the heavies that live down the road to you , will only be to pleased to fill the gap. The FCA , YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

It's difficult to see how you would encourage skilled employees to fill these vacancies when the company only has funding for another 8 months or so. Still no news on anything here & the clock is ticking , I would like to think a lot is going on behind the scene, But no news means there is nothing to tell, in this case at this late time, it's not good news.

I would agree that swift & decisive action is needed to either bankrupt the CCD division, or sell it off or shut it down, PFG is what it says , a make up of many individual groups. So it's perfectly feasible to bankrupt a certain group. Eliminate the loss making part of the group & you obviously would add value to the remaining group and increase share holder value with it.
It would make it an attractive take over target without the CCD division. NSF comes to mind, but they were seriously damaged by the cost of the last failed bid, maybe Morses will be eyeing up a buy out. At the moment though PFG is overvalued considering the situation they find themselves in.

Does anyone here see another potential bid for Provident coming up , now there share price has collapsed ? I think with Woodford out the equation and in light of what's now going on the shareholders would feel very differently .

It's scary to think Woodford thought at 2800 this was good value, how far outa touch with reality can you get, & to think he is making a comeback. After losing so many peoples money, some people have no shame. Personally he should be banned for life with managing other peoples money, and if fraud was involved then it should be a long jail sentence .

Door step lending is a dead duck, anyone can now go on Amazon & buy whatever they like over 5 months ect, no questions asked. With 0% interest. They need to immediately bankrupt the CCD division, ( I didn't know you could bankrupt a particular division TBH.) This FCA investigation may finally be the last straw for that division. Change & adapt or go under. There is now now time for complacency , the vultures will want to move against the hole company , strong & decisive management needed urgently here . Personally i won't be buying in here anything over 100p.

Watch out for someone to take over, NSF could well move again with a hostile bid.

Oh dear, poor update , more heavy handed tactics being used & another investigation into the company that will distract them from going forward with the business. And no doubt lead to heavy regulatory fines. It's a hold for me because of my average, but i can't see a return any time soon. I think there is a fair chance the dividend will be stopped going forward. Will shall see.

GEOMTRYONY did say March would be the coming of all things great & good. We shall see. I would expect news to drop towards the end of March, as the news drops anything could happen.

This share price will go back down to around 0.2 . The chaos is implausible, One mask machine that doesn't work, no staff to run 24/7 , 5 layer filtration down to 4 layer. you couldn't make it up. I suspect if they get going there will almost certainly be quality issues. At the end of they day they promised a revolutionary face mask, its anything but. Would anyone here trust one of there face masks, ( no) . I'm afraid the damage to there reputation is already done.

TB only a few weeks ago cashed in his shares , at twice this price, now he is to receive another 8 million free shares, it's fraud. no other way of putting it. They should be jailed .

I wouldn't mind betting that with Woodford back in trading , (all be only for investment companies), that a significant investment by Woodford again here is very likely. After all, Woodford now has a point to prove. And an investment on that scale would see Midatech with enough funding to get the licenses and drugs to market. Mabey even do the production ourselves here in the UK.

RMS has been a sham for many years , they don't seem to have any kind of strategy, one minute flying drones , the next cloud computing, now face masks, The name of the company bears no resemblance to there latest ideas, ill thought through . They are just opportunist, but guess what. It's not there money there playing with , it's ours. they play with peoples jobs and livelyhoods . it's everything that is bad about AIM , lack of regulation allows them to get away with it. Not all companies are like this on the AIM index, it's almost outright fraud. And should be stopped .

Hugimonav, doesn't appear your cut out for this sorta trading, you seem to lack the basic understanding of what the company is trying to achieve here. it's not just about investing , but the fact the company have radical tech that can save or improve lives.

I wonder if TR1 have reduced their position to make way for another partner to come on board, possible lience agreement , things brewing here .

It's very impressive , not only from an investment point of view, but medically, if it can improve the lives of cancer patients or better still cure them , with more efficient delivery system even better.

I get the impression that Dr Reddy labs are still involved after watching that video?

I hold far more store of MTPH on Nasdaq than the AIM market, it's seems to attract much more interest over the pond than here in the Uk, i know they should be on level terms but that is rarely the case.
