They’re maybe waiting for the amended version to be released
Let’s hope it’s accurate too
It does, thanks for explaining LTI
Why does the report published this morning refer to H1'22 update when surely it means H1'21. It compounds the error by referring to H1'20 as H1'21. Why should I believe anything in the report if they can't get simple things like this correct. As I said first thing this morning, it is unprofessional and should have been checked before release by the company
1H’22 ?????
You're both right of course, but maybe we need one of those graphs to confirm the units per month continue to increase. We have to get from £6m turnover to the predicted £8m somehow. If not India, maybe an update on Thailand instead, seems a long time since we had one of those. My point is, anything remotely positive next week and we could break the 10 barrier, three weeks with nothing and we'll be back down to 7
Tuesday would be a great time to put out a positive RNS and keep the momentum going. In the past this hasn’t been done and the SP has just gone backwards again. An update on numbers of units shipped in April and May would suffice
Yes but this isn’t just any old MOU, it’s a Key MOU
A very positive RNS, they don’t get much better than that
I read it that the turnover for the year ending March 31st was expected to be £5.8m which is more or less what we could have calculated ourselves based on previous info released, particularly the stated December deliveries
She ?
79k units in Dec is really encouraging. If that was maintained for 12 months (and the orders are there so why not? ) that would be 948k x approx £13 = £12m pa and that’s before the “increased demand for deliveries” that JC referred to. It’s starting to look like a sound investment after all !
I think what they are saying is that they have enough cash to last the year and achieve their “prudent” business plan but in reality there won’t be much money left by that point (particularly due to payment uncertainties) so they will need to raise more funds before they get to that point otherwise they won’t have any cash to begin 2020 with
Does he really own 100% of Ocutec ?
I'm fed up with lack of posts so here goes. Not sure about everyone else but I can't wait for the next bit of news and we shouldn't have long to wait if the last rns is anything to go by. New company, new name, details of funding, share consolidation, resumption of trading etc etc. What I am struggling to get my head round is where this will be positioned from an SP point of view though I guess that will depend on the value of the company that we join forces with. My only hope is that it will resume trading closer to the .75p that Helium bought in at last year rather than the .15p we ended up at six months later. Surely Helium will want a return on their investment without having to wait years for it so I expect it will be closer to .75p than .15p. Let's face it, without their funding, Verdes would have almost certainly folded last year so somehow, i feel there has to be a payback. Anyway, good luck everyone, should be very interesting
I tend to agree, I would be interested to know why his posts were removed, whatever he said could hardly be considered price sensitive when the shares are suspended
Interesting that Chomsky's last two posts appear to have been removed !
Me too, cheers
Chomsky, I admire your confidence but is it based on your experience of AR's previous reverse takeover achievements, knowledge of where VMP are up to at present, or are you just being generally optimistic ? FWiW, I think you are right, I'm just curious because in your two posts, you have sounded so certain about the outcome.
Can anyone tell me whether a suspended company is allowed to update it's shareholders on business matters, in this case progress towards implementing its investment company strategy ?
