Incidentally I was very happy to travel business class IAG/BA for many years cos I was not paying the bill..and I got the air miles. Travelling up too 4 hours ? happy to climb in an EZJ or RYA Taxi and spend the huge difference in fares on hotels.

It will depend on whether IAG have learned from the last crisis during Covid when their business plan, and debt levels revealed they (and other national carriers) were not equipped for tough times.

This poor management resulted in extra shares being issued and massive debts being exposed. Dilution at a fraction of the current share price : Ironically

the company is now hoovering up shares at a multiple of the right issue.

Will they ever learn? I mean just looking at the Airline from the side and comparing it with the best business model in Europe RYA. There is no comparison.

Now you can hate RYA all you like and we know it's another type of Airline but as an investor! Look at how they preserved their capital value during Covid. Look at the small amount of debt they took on and the tiny cost of that. AAA rating for their Bonds and financial instruments.

I get the whole "we hate Mikey" thing but what an investment it has been and no stress.
