"I see a SHADOW looming for those Technologies that habitually employ MITM(Man in the Middle) Communications Manipulation Techniques." As always though DYOR
Perhaps you should read the "Leaked BT 2006 Report" It highlights an obvious ongoing energy/server/bandwidth problem which may go someway to explain the high "Cash Burn Rate" this company has. If this is the current situation then any likely profits may remain small (expenditure versus outgoings) as I have stated before? You might also ask "Blackrock" why the unloaded their Shareholdings, just when "according to Phorm" they are making progress?
http://paidcontent.org/2012/06/06/phorm-taking-even-more-money-for-ad-targeting-dream-now-in-china/ Quote:- But the £20 million injection from CCIL depends on Phorm actually finding an ISP client to license its technology exclusively in the countries. Had Phorm expanded the available shares of its holding company to raise new money, it would have diluted previous backers’ stakes by now. So its tactic is to establish new country-specific operations ring-fenced from the core. Nevertheless, Phorm does intend to use some of the money for general working capital for its efforts outside China, too, according to filings. As always DYOR.
To me, Fridays Statement was a "Red Flag" indicator with regard to the Interim Accounts. As always DYOR(thoroughly), especially with this Company.
@mulledwine Well this Companies progress, or lack of is definitely an enigma. So how much capital will this company need to raise or produce in the next 2 years, just to pay off this Loan? Remembering of course it is secured against the remaining assets & intellectual property of this company? For good measure don't forget to look at the past history & antics of this company!
It seems the Shareholders are out of the loop? http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/prices-and-news/news/market-news/market-news-detail.html?announcementId=10565851
Hmm Given the current events, I think more than probable.
Is the midpoint being massaged?
