Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
First gold pour is just symbolic; they wont be into regular production until end Q1 '21 however I seem to recall him saying that they had 14K tonnes at surface which at an assumed 9g per tonne is pretty good as a symbol.
What's not to like is the fact that the share price has completely stagnated partially as a result of the directors selling and partially as a result that I fear that this is its ceiling for 6 months until it is able to start reporting audited results - maybe we'll get some more info this evening on the webinar - I'm happy with my current investment but won't be adding to it until after first pour.
I think its a safe assumption that SOME on this board have been holders for less than 3 months, I've been trading for 30 years and for much of that time have thought in daily increments; and for much of that time have lost money. I no longer do that . .
The problem is that most PIs think about the SP on a daily basis whereas other types of investors think about things in 3, 6 or 12 monthly increments. I think if you leave LSE and come back in 6 months you'll really be pleased with the SP - looking at it daily is just frustrating.
I guess it depends on the offer
Depends which stock exchange you buy through, not needed if you buy on AIM, also you can still buy on TSX without one but definitely better to have one from a tax perspective.
W88-BEN also applies to Canadian stocks
Understand that absolutely Dogberry however larger institutions are Investors not Gamblers and expect to see a return (profit) on their investment. If the only way they can realise a profit is to sell the underlying investment then it kind of defeats the object of the investment. Following their current strategy this BOD must understand that they will never attract proper institutional investors until they pay a divi and consequently will be at the behest of PIs and their relatively short term objectives.
For anyone interested there is quite an active discussion regards PUR on the US/Canadian site Stockhouse dot com.
What they could do Brad is to put out RNS that don't misrepresent the current situation. I didn't mention COVID it was you that has gone off on a complete tangent, all I said was that there is no way on this earth that their project is in Implementation, at best it is still in at the Design stage and still many months away from Implementation, ie putting poles in the ground.
Somewhere out there there is a tree whose single purpose in life is to replace the oxygen you waste with your constant ramblings about completely irrelevant subjects so if you feel that reading my posts is a complete waste of your time then may I respectfully suggest that you don't, like I have with any of yours that are over about 12 lines long.
The RNS is delusional they are clearly NOT in implementation; implementation is poles in the ground and wires being strung, this is still design stage stuff and will be for some considerable time. FFS they haven't even yet selected the contractor to do the implementation! This is not an investment, it's a pure gamble.
There was absolutely nothing in the webinar that was negative, all going well massive opportunities fro expansion and all on track for first gold pour in December and commercial sales in Q1 2021. Only thing was stated that updates would be news driven and probably every 3-4 week and I know that some PIs feel the need to be spoon fed every couple of days. This is a good buying opportunity before the herd arrives.

Anyone else attending the webinar at 9:05pm this evening?
Think all those with the funds to spare need to raise orders tomorrow morning for 100p - lets see if they drop the price first thing then - the mms clearly seem to be trying to complete an order.
Do you honestly believe that Colin would allow the share price to rise to anything like those levels without issuing billions more shares?
Cape, Leon has more than £250k (A QUATER OF A MILLION POUNDS) worth of options so you can't possibly claim he has no stake in this - in fact, he's hurt possibly more than many others by the slow progress of the SP as it delays him being able to convert his options into shares.
Not sure how, if they are only targeting disassembly of the plant by the end of August they would reasonably expect the whole relocation to have completed by the end of August also - maybe we'll see a corrective RNS shortly?
hmmm, yes, I wonder what Colin will do next to thwart it?
Jeez, TopCatz is doing the same here as on the GLR board . . . .ignore
