I’m smack between Northampton and rugby. Northampton has a Starbucks so can get a hot chocolate there. Not at rugby. Also. Can’t get a beer at rugby. Why do some cinemas sell alcohol and some don’t? Is it just down to whether they bother getting a licence?

What would be nice, is if cineworld turned the heating on. It was actually warmer in the car park than the inside the theatre after seeing venom

Also. I went to the cinema Friday, Saturday and Sunday last weekend.

I can see why people bring their own food. I bought food Friday and Saturday at the concession stands, but on Sunday we just wanted drinks. 4.40 a drink is robbery! But the kids who brought in kfc! Thanks for that. It stank the place out

3.28 is what I paid, I think they closed at 2.71 tonight, so I’m losing money on that investment anyway, ie reduction in value

I only hold 500 shares, purchased at 3.28 a share

I’m seeing in my barclays portfolio 238 as a quantity for the rights issue at 1.92

Am I right in assuming this means I can buy 238 shares at that reduced price?

Genuinely, I’ve never seen a film so busy even before covid. It was a good sign. And with all trailers that was shown, I’ll be renewing my cineworld unlimited card along with the wife

We stopped it as covid kicked in, as we hadn’t really used it in 2019 anyway

I understand your point about new revenue, and that’s great. I genuinely hope it’s successful. I was just pondering the subscription price compared to cinema price and thought I’d mention it here to gather other peoples opinions
