That's the problem most of the manufacturing has gone to Europe while we rely on bankers and have to bail them out every now and again. We need manufacturing to come back, it will take time but believe it will over a period of time.

If manufacturers are moving back to Japan and Europe they will want a trade deal to sell back to us. Japan used the UK as a way to get into Europe, now they have a trade deal with the EU they are dumping us.

Lots of industry and manufacturing moved to eastern Europe from the UK because of cheap labour costs this was happening well before we wanted to leave.

Talking of roads Spain probably has the best roads in Europe and less cars and we bloody pay for them.

What amazes me we already have a trade agreement with the EU so what's the problem. They are just playing hard ball and if we do manage to leave without a deal they will be knocking at the door trying to get one asap. After all they are trying to do trade deals with the rest of the world yet seem not to want one with one of their biggest importers. mmmmmmm
