Thing is how many people buy a music CD these days. Download speeds are getting better so why have a middleman selling your product when people can download. The Company advises shareholders that no action is required and it is currently seeking legal advice as to the validity of the Notice and, if the Notice is valid, the Company is required to call the meeting within 21 days of the date of the Notice and hold the meeting no later than 2 months after the date of the Notice.

The only news that might get this back on track is that the boiler is ready to launch. Unfortunately they have no money to produce any boilers let alone sufficient quantities to make any money from the sales. I'm still interested though to see if the boiler actually works unlike the one at Flow.

So what has he got planned, still thinking he wants the patents of the company but not the name. Why leave the company sell his shares then want to come back. I also now get the reason he kept using the loan agreement amount, if he was receiving interest on the outstanding amount then the more money outstanding the more interest he got paid. Crafty.

He was also receiving interest on the remaking amount, I.e interest of 1.67% on 1 million pounds to start off with. interest is payable at 1.67% of the balance outstanding under the agreement at the end of each month (annual rate of interest 20%);
