begs the question though why directors were going to sell the business to co op for �10 million less than OVO were offering.

Why wasn't the OVO offer taken up in the first instance and are there other offers on the table. Why were current directors going to accept the co op offer over OVO. Dodgy dealings perhaps, this should now be referred to OFGEM for investigation imo.

So were/are the directors of FEL going to get a nice backhander or jobs from the CO Op to sell the company at such a low price. One thing is for sure if OVO get the company they wont need the Flow call centre.

Please vote to sell to OVO, but by the way you still get nothing. They are taking the p$ss now. Thankfully moving to Bulb energy would suggest anyone still using Flow move as well.
