Darth the only reason they converted was to make sure they get sufficient majority. The Preference Shares carry 83.33 votes per share at general meetings of the Company but are not entitled to participate in any dividend or distribution of the Company. They also gave themselves even more loan notes god knows what for.

Last message we had from Wendy was that all the businesses were profitable. Sounds like they want the share price up before the next acquisition which must be close.
