Hi Leo. - what makes you think a delay would be baked into the current SP?

So what’s the betting on the planned Q4 launch (already delayed multiple times).

1) Product launch went better than expected and back up to £3 and breakeven for most.

2) further Delays due to plastic balls being seized by Russia.

3) say nothing at all and hope no one remembers.

4) the techs **** and nobody wants it.

I don’t know anything about the washing machine tech, I gambled on the Xfilter and lost.
It’s only my opinion that they won’t sell any and it’s based on nothing more than me thinking it’s a unworkable idea, who’s going to buy a washing machine full of plastic balls? They’ll end up all over the utility room :-/ I guess we won’t have to wait long to find out.

IFB! I’ll be amazed if they have sold one washing machine, But this company as amazed me in the past so who knows.

So more free shares dished out to these losers, it would be annoying if they were actually ever worth anything.
I bet 95% of all RNS’s issued are either director options or to do with fund raises… Attractive investment some say.

33.3% take up, always wonder why people take up these things, 9 times out of 10 the price drops below the offer.

I have lost so much on this I just can’t justify putting any more whatever the cost. I just don’t see why the share price tanked so much, surely as legislation gets closure the price should increase? The question is why haven’t a hot point or Samsung taken exclusive rights on this?

It’s a fair point but it’s not always possible to get large trades off, I’d be interested to see what institutional investors didn’t take up there options as they are likely looking for an exit strategy.. also there isn’t much room for manoeuvre, they can’t get to breakeven without at least one more raise,… literally one bad RNS will see investors run like rats from a sinking ship.. but like you say market cap is low so if they somehow change the habit of a life and get there ducks in a row it could mutibag. Just think there are way better options out there right now.

They will need to raise again this time next year, won’t they? My maths ain’t great but 500k x 12 is 6m, breakeven sometime in 2024 (which probably means the end).. this can definitely go down from this level..

Woodstock- I called you crazy because you were going on about buying in here when the price was 20/30p when it was as clear as that dick on your head that this fund raise was just around the corner, you should be thanking me… bit gutted really, if I’d realised how much of a bell end you were I’d have encouraged you to invest, although you probably don’t have any money in any case.

Honestly don’t know how they are able to keep raising money.
It must be close to £200m invested now retuning an effective market cap of £1m, no substance to any of the RNS releases they just play the fiddle to there audience and boy they must play it well..

Latino - They have been saying that for years.

I wouldn’t believe anything this company put out! take for example RNS dated 24th June 2021 agreement with Girbua, first sales planned in 2021, doesn’t even get a mentioned again or on Girbau’s website.
Happens time and time again with this lot, it’s criminal really..
