Yup, these stocks are certainly not ones for widows and orphans that’s for sure, but you seem to appreciate the risks here which most people (me included when I started out) so I’ll wish you good luck .. just not for me at any price no matter how big the carrot..

Why does it matter how many shares? A dilution is a dilution! there’s only 500m shares because they did a 100:1 consolidation to try and make the share price looks respectable..

The accounts are due soon so you should know more soon - if I was you, I’d get out of the racket that is AIM completely and take advantage of the low prices in real companies on the FTSE.

The next announcement will probably be a fundraise..

I wonder how many institutions have had an hunch in this over the years that have lost significantly more than 400k ..

I’d be looking at the institutions that are exiting having invested millions.

In line with company projections on spend, unless there is a significant increase in revenue (haha) they will need to raise in March/April..

My opinion is to ignore what the institutions do on this one.

Austin has all ready said how he intends to to extend the cash run way by cutting cost which I assume means laying more staff off - as well as a champion deal maker he’s also a master motivator it would appear.

Deals have never been a problem for xeros, it’s turning the commercial deals into revenue that’s always proven the problem, if you look back there are many many deals that have predicted revenue before now that have just disappeared like jiansu sea-lion for examples.

so the share price has gone for 5p to 0.6p during the new CEO tenure, yet some would say the new management team are immune from criticism.

Of course they will need to raise again even if only to support the working cap for the massive 9kg rollout..

4 year temporary delay and counting!!! - why are you so fixated on the IFB deal? Even if they launch it, (which they probably won’t) What’s the difference between the 11kg and a 9kg because the 11kg hasn’t proved successful, and why no cash tied up in working cap if they were going to launch?

IFB has now confirmed that it will begin placing its new premium 11kg domestic washing machines, designed for large households and incorporating Xeros' Care technology, in its Indian retail stores by the end of this calendar year.

This market launch will complement the ongoing preparation for field trials in January 2023 of a new 9kg domestic washing machine, designed for mass market adoption. IFB is expected to install trial machines in Indian homes early in the new year. Subject to these field trials being successful, IFB will then proceed with a nationwide launch in Q1 2023.

In my opinion this fall is not done, it will continue this week and into next and probably land about .5p by the time all this sinks in.. just my opinion of course!!!

The risk when I came in at 30p (down from £3.30 ) was the the pice would drop which it obviously has, the risk now is that it has a serious chance of going out of business in the short term and you can “lmao whatever that mean”all you want..

it’s all about the upside here, it’s an all chips in investment at this stage.

Anyway on a serious note, what’s the point in risking buying now - why not just wait until the interims which are due in September are posted, at that point the board will have to admin there not going to make breakeven this year or show significant numbers for the first half to indicate that they can get to breakeven (they obviously couldn’t convince the auditors at the year end).

The price is stuck at 1.50 due to the options so why risk everything when you could just sit in your hands, granted the entry might be a bit higher but much less risky at that point.

Investing is a risk/reward game why not just take less of a risk in a months time? Genuine question!!

And it’s not to say breakeven in 2024 is the be and end all, the company (admittedly different management) have been predicting breakeven since 2019, they just have to show a serious upturn in revenue… if that happens even I might come back in at that point
