My take on it Rip is that a short position either way has to be disclosed by 4.30pm of the 2nd day after the shares have been sold or bought. Could be wrong tho. Also, it could quite easily have been them buying or selling throughout the day but only reported at close of play. Imo I think they were buys looking at the price. We may never know but fingers crossed for them buying.
All in my expert opinion as a cider maker.

It could be a naked short by the MMs Rippers. I read that BMN had just sacked their Nomad after they were shorting them. You couldn't make it up. Lol

Fair shout that JDT. I agree with you on the reporting now I've re read it. I still believe Bronte are fully closed out just by doing the maths but I'd say you are correct in assuming there are no other shorts out there between 0.1 and 0.4.
Totally agree on the news when it comes about Ava6000 as long as it is positive. Very high chance it is and the shorts will burn. If not then I'm working past retirement.... lol

Hi JDT, a post and link was put on the bb a week or so ago where it states that it is now reportable on anything above 0.1.
But if you do the sums on the shorts then you would come the conclusion that have closed out fully as Jupiter remains unchanged at 0.94.

Jupiter have not decreased their short. Scroll down the link and it will clarify
