If a company loans shares to a shorter, does it effectively have these shares off its books for that period of loan. My thought is that the said company could increase it shares at lower price without having to declare going over 3% holdings threshold until said borrowed shares a returned by shorter. Makes sense in my head. Lol. Probably way off mark but having a stab

I fully understand people's frustration with the shorter situation. I'm underwater myself but not to the extent of some on here and it doesn't feel too clever to be fair. Time and again we have had fantastic RNSs and see the share price rise only to be dragged straight back down again. We all know the long term future prospects of BMN are mind-blowing but how long it will take is anybody's guess. ,It would make it a lot easier to stay focused, if we had an idea of where the end is of this scandalous ( and probably illegal ) shorting activity. Any connections within the industry with a better insight into what is happening would help greatly. Weeks or months or next year? I will certainly be holding every last one of my shares. The shorters would have to prize them out of my cold, dead hands. Would just like to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I believe. Small gains but would rather see a slower, more sustainable growth than 10-20% jumps up and then back down. I think that we'll see the same tomorrow and maybe a flat or slightly down Friday with a bit of profit taking/ balancing of books. Really happy with how this and the V price is shaping up. Ionic, you were more than happy to see people losing their money to the shorters. You spouted so much doom and gloom and encouraged others to do so, so why get so touchy when people are happy that their investment is finally going in the right direction. The shorters would have been having a whale of a time tapping each other on the back for scaring so many investors to cut their losses. I say Fxxx em. Hope they feel really shit and if you were stupid enough to take your own advice then Fxxx you too. All just my own opinion of course.
