As previously announced, the RC drilling campaign for the Arya Prospect comprises circa 3,432m over 14 drill-holes, within an area ~1,500m by ~1,000m, with targets near surface and deeper geophysical anomalies2
o For the Big One Deposit, there are two parts to the upcoming drilling program:
? A 4,385m RC drilling campaign, over 35 drill-holes, which will focus on a strike zone (~580m by ~120m) to test for mineralisation from ~26m up to ~190m below surface; and
? An incremental 160m diamond drilling campaign, targeting two drill-holes that are testing primarily for shallow mineralisation from ~26m up to ~52m below surface3 o In lead up to the commencement of the drilling campaign, the geology team – which have been on site for several weeks now – are due to re-visit the Arya Prospect for a closer review and peg drill sites

CCZ has secured an agreement in-principle to appoint Depco Drilling1 as the lead contractor for the upcoming reverse cycle (RC) and diamond drill (DD) campaigns at the Big One Deposit and Arya Prospect within the Mt Oxide Project
o In a major validation for the Mt Oxide Project, Depco Drilling have agreed, subject to Depco legal review and CCZ shareholder approval, to accept a material proportion of their fees in CCZ shares, with a six-month voluntary escrow period
o Mobilisation plans are now being ramped up and all necessary logistics are in place, as both CCZ and Depco Drilling are working towards an expedited timeline: ? Note, as a Queensland based group, Depco Drilling has drilling equipment and teams within the state boarders that are ready and available to deploy relatively fast.

Contacted Hargreaves Lansdown yesterday and again today. Stated "due to covid" or rather code for we will rest on our Woodford laurels of lethargy applied to true support, we cannot be bothered to add new main LSE listed stocks to our trading list.

NOT financial advice, simply a heads up from my present shenanigans, with a well known Investment firm.

Any funds held Over Life Time Allowance in your SIPP are hit with a 25% tax by HMRC on any withdrawal, then add your choice of either your own tax rate or simply accept an overall 55% tax on withdrawal.
If withdrawing from the over LTA part of your SIPP takes you into the 40% tax bracket you will be in the same 55% tax position in any case.

Biggest thing for me is that Not only is the present over LTA holding tax liable to 55% but also on ALL future growth too. If not withdrawn and paid before, at 75 yrs old all is calculated again and all is tax is due, which also includes any future growth of the at present under LTA fund if it goes over the LTA.

Hence, the value of Brittanias, no vat or cgt tax.

Also why ISA is loaded up with EUA and GGP.

Again, only the trap I found myself in when nearing retirement in a Defined Benefits system, where I was unaware of the total value. Not advice, only experience sharing.

As I have read this week, although open to be fact check corrected, The "heads of agreement" covered by the writ has nothing directly to do with the actual divesting contact between Artemis and EEE.

It rather appears to refer to a "heads of agreement" Platina consider to have been in place between Platina and Artemis prior to their signed legal A 70/ P 30 partnership contract.

Therefore, something in the initial negotiations which never made it in to the final legal contract. A professional dropped ball by Platina legal team perhaps?

Surely therefore no case to answer. Plus as not a $$$ wealthy company, a court case Platina have no intention of forcing. So potentially a "cash or %age" grab action by a "partner", which may possibly bode well for any future Platina JV discussions.
