In my opinion this company is undervalued by about 50%. With Nav and cash well over £4 million I think a market cap of £3 million is a bottom line. With PPG, PIRI and cash alone accounting for £2.5 million we can begin to grasp the value at a market cap of just over £2 million. A big difference from the past is that most current assets are listed companies which are much easier to value and more liquid to release cash. Additionally, PRS has a bundle of warrants and options with their various investments which on the balance sheet have no value, but when an investment share price moves, these warrants can be extremely lucrative as we've seen with the likes of ppg and mtr.
This is an extremely safe, diverse investment for an AIM microcap with very little chance of dilution, cash and easily accessible investments. There is also the potential for shareholder redemption as well at capital growth via share buy backs and /or a dividend payment.
Exciting times......
