Someone is obviously clearing a position as it doesn't fit with their risk strategy.....it'll clear then we'll see value restore. Opportunity imho

Not given the value of the assets and the amount of investment already made by several parties to get these assets towards production. EV at significant discount to NAV.

Understand the Geopolitical concerns to a certain extent but feel that things are being a little taken out of context here.

1. Offtake is sold at the gate. It's up to the offtaker to get the product to market. One thing for certain is the product is massively in demand and I'm 100% certain it'll get to market one way or another.
2. Kazakhstan have already distanced themselves from Russia since the invasion and have given no reason for the West to consider sanctions.
3. Sanctions are aimed at isolating Russia. Issuing sanctions on former USSR states for simply being in the Russian orbit is madness and would play into Putin's hands.
4. No one mentions the zinc and lead which account for 50% of turnover!
5 . The fact that Russia is spending so much of its political capital and diminishing resources on Ukraine means that these orbiting states are much safer in the future.

Very brief summary but thought an alternative view was required following some cutting positions. After all this would be £3 without aforementioned issues. Already at significant discount. Opportunity imho

Implications of turmoil in Ukraine if develops further is going to have massive implications on the fertilizer market globally.... Nitrogen based fertilizer will forever be expensive and too energy intensive. KP fertil couldn't be more on trend, see you at 20p plus very soon

Current NPK fertiliser market is offering blended product for $800 pt. KPFertil has much lower (circa 10%) concentration of NPK so has historically traded at 90% discount to NPK blend. Factor that in & could easily argue for wholesale price for KPFertil of $80 pt on current market. Npk blend was circa $350 per tonne in 2021, I know because I had to buy it, so corresponds with KPFERTIL at $35 last year. This year I'm looking for alternative products to NPK. Shame KPFERTIL isn't for sale in UK as I'd buy hundreds of tonnes.

Look at the tax loses in this business. It's ripe for a cash producing acquisition or development opportunity. Also assets on the book worth circa $2m and likely to appreciate given copper market! Think this divestment could be first
