I too received a response from the LSE. Exactly the same as below, which we lead me to assume it was a blanket email to all of those who enquired.

Perhaps if they have got round to sending responses albeit automated they may have got to the bottom of this fiasco!

One week to go before the GM, surely the LSE must lift suspension or take further action prior to the 25th. It would be criminal to release the new shares post approval and let the broker away Scot free. They knew what they were doing, they knew fine well the shares hadn’t been approved by holders.

Let’s see! Granted we need them to move forward. I wonder when plans will be released on next steps

Another 500m of taxpayers money to Tata, really? The uk gov refused to help a home grown business who needed a little push in the right direction yet they will give 300m for cars and another 500m for a couple of furnaces.

Tata should be able to finance these types of deals privately if Not themselves

That is correct Andrew. I would imagine if they did want to take it private they could though they would have to offer remaining shareholders a fair price.

The positive I see from the investor buying all the newly issued share is that they will be held and not dumped as they would in a placing. We should see a decent uplift once suspension is lifted.

Been reading back the TWD news flow. The main differences I can pick out is the magnitude of the platings they needed to stay a float and the lack of detail on where the money was coming from.

Amte has in its favour an investor who is actively looking to create growth through new business channels. This may be very lucrative for the business, my main concern is that they decide to take it private!

I have also emailed the LSE regarding the suspension.

I was keen to air my distain at the situation and reiterate the need for a timely resolution. This is the first example I have come across where this has been picked up by the LSE so for me they must use it as an oppprtunity to lay down the law. After all that is their duty.

Can anyone close to the most recent example TWD walk through what the timeline looked like and how the issue was rectified? Did the shareholders see a rise after suspension was lifted? I understand they are no more but that may be for other reasons.

Perhaps you can supply a template of what you have sent Cold? Encourage more to make the effort and chase LSE.

Many wont bother spending time drafting something but if it has been done already they may be inclined to copy paste and send. As you say the more the better!

You would hope with the LSE having issued the suspension we PI's will not get fkd over.

Would be good to hear from the BOD on the next steps here, although cant imagine the broker will be happy to do so after being caught with there pants down.

Totally agree done some reading into a previous example of this last night and you are spot on why should this be allowed to happen and protection for foul play!

The question is will they be allowed to return the unsettled trades to those prior to lifting suspension or will this create a squeeze! hopefully the latter.

Couple of chunky trades starting to show now, suspect that's what drove the initial rise, mm need sellers here as they are on the ropes when big buys arrive.

Last posted 11th sept 1.05 which is strange. No acknowledgment of the relisting? Tbh if what he says is true he is probably celebrating the fact he hasn't lost 100k.
