Yes several posters sent out emails to the LSE post suspension, a blanket response was received and as expected they didn’t give much away.

Are you suggesting that the “investor” provided the money with a view to selling at a small premium straight away rather than being a genuine investor with doors to open?

How can 50% have gone? This is exactly the type of behaviour tht the LSE is currently investigating and hopefully resolving.

The current belief is negative because we haven’t heard anything otherwise. The fact that they are an equity investor and looking to take 80% why would they sell? They are talking of opening doors for amte with access to a strong customer base, why would they dramatically reduce their holding if they have avenues of generating cash?

Agree at present we don’t know but let’s wait rather than speculate

For me approval needs to be coupled with some details on who’s funding this. If it is a credible partner who can open doors then is 1-2 mil mcap really a fair value? Probably not, but depends what comes next. I’d suggest 4p is fair if it’s something big then perhaps back to where we were.

That is desperate, but yes we could do with some good news here! I mean let’s be honest people were happy to pay 9-10p on the back of an RNS telling us that a placing was coming at 1.7p , so to me there must be something decent coming! Fingers crossed.

SV what is you problem with masons! the average age at most lodges is 105 so I doubt any of them are concerned with the markets.

I have put forward some more questions to the LSE Market manipulation team as I don’t believe there blanket email addresses any of the on going concerns.

1. With a GM on Monday how are they going to ensure that this situation is resolved in good time. I don’t see how a vote can be conducted in its current form.

2. What actions will be taken here to ensure those at fault do not benefit through deceitful tactics.

The list goes on!

Clearly the suspension will remain in place until the Gm Takes place now. Quite disappointing that the LSE haven’t used this opportunity to lay down a marker !
