Unfortunately I feel you may be right, sanctions may take some time to remove. However I feel sanctioned targeted at companies and individuals should be lifted pretty quickly. Let’s be honest there has never been any real evidence that any of them are genuinely funding the war machine, nor has there been any evidence Evraz is. For Evraz to produce steal used for infrastructure is a pretty limp excuse for a sanction.
