I think most of us believed it sausage. In spite of his previous abysmal record on virtually every time scale he had ever given he seemed so adamant , with " a formality " and " a matter of weeks, that I, for one believed he must know for sure this time. Should have known better I suppose. There is now a massive credibility gap hence the sp.

Sausage. The loan of £400K is irrelevant to current cash in hand as it was purely to pay off the loan notes that weren't converted to shares. It was very surprising to me that they weren't converted as the exercise price was only 0.08p.

Cash in hand at end of the year was A$ 1.789 million, about £930k. I'd be very surprised if the monthly cash burn was as low as 100k per month.

Nevertheless there is hopefully enough for a few months yet.

DV. Please stop spouting twaddle about the election. I and multiple others have had it directly confirmed by the company that the election has no effect on the process. Never thought for one moment that it would. If the approval does not come until June ( by no means impossible ) it won't be anything to do with the election but yet another miscalculation by the company as to time scales. Gla.

That's right Steven. There are one or two exceptions like Espen and Callum who have said they are here for the long haul. No doubt there are some who don't want to believe it will be that long in spite of it being in black and white on the company's website. Atb. Gla.

Obviously the approval will either happen during or after the election. Surely you now accept the election has no bearing on approval, so what exactly is there to stick your head in the sand about ?

I emailed Briana and have just received the following reply, which she said was OK to post.

" We’re confidant will get the approval very soon, but no guarantees.

We have been assured that both regulators (MoPNG and DGH) will be working as usual during the election period. Ashish is engaged with the regulators constantly and is spending time in Delhi to push the approval through asap. As soon as we have any news, will will share it with the market right away."

The £400k loan was to pay off the converted loan notes and had no effect on the overall cash in hand.

Took the words out of my mouth Sausage. Roland has shot himself in the foot. Again ! If he had stuck to his original 3 to 6 months we would now be saying, only another month until we might get approval. Then if it came in the next week ot two, we would have said early for once. Bizarre!

Ssccss. Last time it was 10 months. April 2021 to February 2022. That was after they had said it was hoped for " In a favourable time frame ".

I can't for the life of me understand why against all logic, people keep banging on about the election. Utterly illogical, even without confirmation from Roland. Personally very much doubt there will be the need for a raise. Surely can't be much longer.

Hard to say Ssccss. At the end of December they had cash of A$ 1.789 million which is around 1.2 million usd. Depends on the burn rate but it must be at least 200k usd a month.
