Time will tell who is right.
Chesh. The rns is titled "Resolution dispute with gspc". This being an rns would mean they would be required to include all relevant information about that resolution. Therefore, I don't believe there can be more to come in the form of cash or share of Cambay. If that was the case they would have to have told us. Probably, illegal not to.
Yes it does appear they have dropped arb for next to nothing, but they had little choice. They are running out of cash and might not have lasted another six months while this dragged on. They need cash short term so I will be pleasantly surprised if there is not a raising soon. Might just be possible to avoid this if a potential new partner puts some money in up front. Doubt it though. For longer term finance there may be a farm out with a reduction in Oilex's holding.
As Oilex have first right of refusal it is even possible a partner might bid through them and get it cheaper that way.
I am actually a bit more optimistic than a week ago. There is now at least some chance of progress.
Chesh, mitch, jester, Targaryen, although we may disagree I can respect your right to a different opinion. Respect, however, is a concept alien to a certain poster who contribute nothing to the board other than infantile insults.
Not going to say any more about this until something actually happens.
All the best ( que sera, sera)
