Agreed Yuri, you'd think they only way forward would be to sell everything but one project and use the proceeds to finance what's left. Trouble is it's not exactly a sellers market st the moment.

Conger, when I said yesterday that the reason for the dispute with gspc was the vast amount the previous OILEX management had spent on one well, you said I didn't know that. Well, gspc stated exactly that in 2016, as in this link which I and others have posted before.

Certainly seemed on the face of it Callum that Kampar might be easier to generate cash flow. Baffled me that the news did nothing for the sp. Guess that the problem is how long it would take for paperwork/legalities and then get it out of mothballs and into production. Perhaps if it becomes more definite they can raise cash upfront.

Conger, I respect your opinion which is obviously sincerely held. However, I can't believe anyone believes that anything said on here depresses the share price. People were saying that same thing wheb it was 0 3, 0.2 etc etc.
Any share price is a consensus or average view of shareholders past present and potential future. I think it is self evident what that consensus is at the moment.
That's not to say a consensus can't be wrong otherwise no sp would ever go up dramatically. I really hope that turns out to be the case here. Atb.

Conger it's not a question of not respecting anyone. As I said to Yuri, we all make our own investing decisions. Personally, I am now 80%, down and feel there is liitle point in selling now. I cling to the slim hope that it will come good eventually. The point is we have heard it all so many times before that good times are just around the corner. I can remember when the sp was in the high 0.2's for example, posters were saying, get in now you won't see these prices again. How right they were. Lol. I really hope for your sake and mine and all the other lth's that a miracle happens. Gla.

Exactly Spantrout. The vast amount spent (admittedly by the previous management) on one well was the reason for the gspc dispute in the first place.

The death rate per million population in India is actually less than a tenth of that in the UK or US. I know the true total there is probably greater but I doubt if that is a factor of ten. The reason for that is believed to be that the average/median age in India is much lower there.
