Will it be, say 20 million as had been suggested or will the new partner want to take advantage of Oilex's good fortune and get it cheap?

Well, I sold at just over 0.4 which with the dilution since is equivalent to 0 32. Like I say it's all dependent on the terms of the jv. If its a great deal, with overrun on the day who knows. On the other hand if it's not as good as we hope? Atb.

I don't think the GOI approval on its own would give much of a rise. After all, we have been told it's a formality. Maybe low 0 2's.
However, you would think the approval rns would be swiftly followed by one with jv news. Maybe even the same day. Where the sp goes on that news is anybodys guess. Depends entirely on the % they have to give for how much cash. Hopefully the hype on the day might give a nice overrun. I would be happy with 0.4 ish but would make a judgement on the day depending on how good the deal looked. Atb. Gla.

The fact is the covid death rate in India has always been pretty far down the world league table. This is due to their average age being low. Their official death rate per million people is about 300 compared to around 2000 for the UK and US. Even though the numbers in India are probably significantly under reported even the true rate will be much lower than ours.

I would think a jv/farm out is a certainty as they can't finance drilling otherwise.
Wouldn't think there could be a lot of planning required for the two Wells as they have being saying plans are advanced for years. This from the quartetly report in July 2018.
" The Company continues to advance the preparations for the work programme, which is inclusive of two vertical wells. Upon resolution of the EoD, approval of the revised work programme and budget, and securing the requisite financing, the Company will proceed to order the long lead items."
Presumably, they won't even be able to order those long lead items until they get to the jv stage, so I feel we won't be seeing any drilling until we'll into next year. Still, we are all used to waiting by now. Atb. Gla.
