AHS, I posted the response to my question of a few days ago as soon as I received it.
Upon reflection, you're right. It seems to ask more questions than was actually answered!
Must say though, fairly quick response to my question....
Pleased to have received this response from Tim regarding my question about share dealings.....
Dear Paul
For larger trades it is impossible in many instances to know whether they are a buy or sell. They are just shown as such depending on whether the trade is above or below the mid-price at the tie it is executed. For many stocks, including GST, you can often buy in volume below the mid-price. I see a lot of people trading GST, but no particular transactions that cause concern.
Tia Chiah Chiu Raphael is no longer involved in the company, so is just subject to the disclosure regime applicable to any shareholder, so unless a TR1 form is received we have no way of knowing what his shareholding is.
Best regards
Tim

Also, the sp is resistant the last few sessions, even though the seller has increased the daily sells. What is it, 4 or 5 single million sells today, and the sp is holding stronger....almost there methinks!
Lol....
I have actually emailed investor relations this morning regarding Rapheal's holding as the website still shows him at 92,600,000.
I've asked them to confirm this or wether they need to update the directors holdings.
I'll let you know if I get a reply.....
Looks like the seller has slightly changed tact.
Not only the subtle 1/4 to 1/2 million sells, but also the straight 1 millions as well.
Seems like those on the know understand what's happening as the sells are largely being bought back in large chunks.
The sp has settled to the situation so hopefully we're nearly at the end and good news will follow, by a massive re-rate....
Very interesting if not unsurprising watch Jiffy.
As the saying goes, "if uou can't beat them, then join them"
We now have a member of the British establishment and international finance expert on board, and hopefully our success will accelerate from this point onwards....gla
The possibilities continue stacking up for GST...
The Indian government has issued compliance show cause notices to nine offshore crypto exchanges under its Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), it announced on Thursday.
The notices were issued by India's Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) which falls under the nation's Finance Ministry.
Binance, KuCoin, Huobi, Kraken, Gate.io, Bittrex, Bitstamp, MEXC Global and Bitfinex are the nine exchanges. The government has also taken the first steps to block the URLs of "said entities that are operating illegally without complying with the provisions of the PMLA in India."
The government didn't provide a specific timeframe or the consequences of not adhering to the notice as there are no crypto-specific precedents for such action in the country.
The action appeared imminent after the government's written declaration from earlier this month that as many as 28 domestic crypto service providers registered themselves with the FIU. That number has already gone up to 31.
In March, India’s Finance Ministry mandated that crypto businesses will have to register with the FIU, the country's anti-money laundering unit, and comply with other processes under the PMLA. This meant crypto businesses became legally obligated to perform verification processes such as Know Your Customer (KYC).
"The obligation is activity-based and is not contingent on physical presence in India," the FIU said. "However, several offshore entities though catering to a substantial part of Indian users were not getting registered and coming under the Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) framework."
Personally Ray, I think your figure is fairly conservative regarding GST.
Without the seller, who we presume is an ex-director selling a cache to free up funds for their other ventures, we would in my opinion be at 2p plus now.
For new and potential investors who may not have researched the reasons for the fairly large and continuing sells, it must sow seeds of doubt about the direction the company are heading.
On the other hand, those of us who pretty much understand the reasoning, and knowing this is a short term affair where news, which is anticipated for early new year will accelerate the sp fairly rapidly, culminating with mid year revenue figures, in all probability taking the sp to high's thought improbable even now.....gla
