Government have gone down in my estimation for not lending their support. They won't be backward
in coming forward when the profits come rolling in, trouble is a huge company like AAL will be hiding
these profits and the tax revenue will be ending up in another country's pocket.
Will shares now be suspended

If that was the case that would have made it only a 62% majority, so it wouldn't have been passed.
Find it hard to believe only 19.72% voted no after all the talk and promises on here.
Ah well we gave it our best shot. My sympathy to all the small S/H here who risked so much
in order to live a dream that has been thwarted. We have to accept a majority vote that's democracy.
Mentioning spoken to various administrators. IMO is scaremongering. no for me
If nothing else will be glad not to be bombarded with Sirius Minerals Alerting Service.
Wish all holders some positive answers tomorrow and a decent conclusion.
It might be called a cartel, you scratch my back. I only said might

Notice you have only been posting in the last month. all negative obviously not a shareholder.
Are you on AAL's payroll?
Agree, too much at stake to fail. What's happened to all the optimism of last week.
Don't let the BA**DS grind you down
As long as he turns up. Certainly need patience on here.
Bargain prices
Had you noticed that when there's lots of committed and encouragement for no votes the price seems to increase.
Now I think the price is being manipulated down to scare those on the borderline to part with their shares.
Hope it's the no voters who are buying them. I'm holding and voted no.
A Whole penny wow!
I expect someone has already pasted this, but just in case https://thismon.ee/a/8032707
'The key risk in our head is the marketing. Poly halite is a new product in the market, so that would take time to sell to potential customers.'
Farmers the world over aren't daft, they'v been using potash for generations and they know the potential benefits
of this enhanced form. And so does AAL
drdread This is what I was told by Jarvis XO I opted for the court meeting Hope I done right. Scroll down
For Sirius Minerals, there is a Court Meeting and a General Meeting. The Court Meeting is to vote ‘For’ or ‘Against’ the scheme. The General Meeting has 2 resolutions:
1. To give effect to the Scheme, as set out in the Notice of General Meeting, including the amendments to the articles of association of Sirius Minerals Plc.
2. To re-register Sirius Minerals Plc as a private limited company (subject to and conditional upon the Scheme becoming effective).
Voted no. Have them in an ISA account with JarvisXO. There was
a fee to pay but well worth it if it does the trick.
What AAL is doing is legalised theaving if you ask me.

Mr Kipling said something like this, just after he'd done a batch of Bakewell tarts.
Agree, this is too big to fail, grow a pair. Don't let this be stolen from
under our feet. Vote no
