I agree UKOG shouldn't be classed as a Fracking firm in the first place. Thus I have just E mailed them the following.

Having read through today's article again, I have picked up that you are still referring to UKOG as a fracking firm, which they are not.
Until you have evidence that they are actually using fracking techniques they should be referred to as an oil drilling firm.

Agree The company's market capitalization stays the same before and after the consolidation, but in reality in my experience the price seems to drop pretty quickly and before you know it you are back to a price similar to where you were originally.

I agree, for what it's worth I have been invested in several companies over the years who have consolidated, and in my opinion consolidation is tantamount to legal robbery of the share holders.

Quite sought after today, does someone now something we don't.
