Andy I sent an email to action group administrator the other day. Can you confirm you received email. Peter
Andy Thanks for taking the lead and doing a great job. You play by the rules and are constructively looking at ways to bring fairness and justice to private investors. We all appreciate the time you have taken to help us.
Andy helped galvanize the no vote to the outrageous dilution resolution. He spearheaded the no campaign. Next we want to get hold of the register and set up meeting in london. Everyone will be on board as we seek to get our investments back. Raise your ire at the bod not at the action group.
Please look into a commercial litigation lawyer and the cost involved then do a survey of those willing to contribute on the action group site. For all browsing bhr shareholders please register with the bhr action group and send an email to the administrator advising if you will be part of a coalition of the willing prepared to come to a future meeting in london. Andy is fighting our corner and i am sure he is looking at various strategies to get justice. We must keep our focus. Please keep posting here and on iii forum.
Our best hope to get our money back is through the action group. The way to get our money back is by meeting in london to vote bod out. Nothing will divert us from this.
I want you to join the fight and come down to london. 'Wishing us well' isn't showing solidarity and help to restore our investment. You're an educated guy and we could do with your voice. The last time i looked there was still hope.
I value your contribution and want you to keep perspective. Please continue to post your views and it would be great if you would help with the fight by joining the action group. There is room for different points of view.
We all want the same goal which is justice for private shareholders. Most of us are serious people who are trying to be constructive and if an individual is making defamatory comments then i don't condone this and is unjustified. Tensions are high but i am proud to be a part of an action group with like minded individuals who are fighting for justice who are giving up their time to help all shareholders. Let's be constructive and pragmatic and think about as the previous poster mentioned about pro bono legal representation. Someone could do a survey canvassing opinion about the finance of such a venture. I have sent an email to bhr admin regarding london meeting.lets be priactive and not reactive.
Hi I cant seem to register to the iii forum. Can someone post a rallying call and ask them to register on the bhr action group site in order to see if they would be willing to attend a future meeting. Its been dead in there for a while.
I have registered but from there who do i email, the administrator?
Please all bhr shareholders do a google search for bhr action group and register. I have just registered myself. All browsers who are bhr shareholders please register and post sth as a way of showing solidarity. Perhaps we could plan to vote them out. Maybe privste email each other and see if a meeting in london could be arranged. We have two pensioners who stand to lose everything. By taking a day out our lives maybe we could help them and help ourselves. I dont like the idea of waiting to be shafted by unscrupulous materialist bod and associates. Also please post a message on iii forum ad has been dead since monday.
The poster below advised that it is possible that private investors could be left with nothing if the bod does a deal with the administrators. The bod has no interest in your average joe investor and we could be waiting forever for the register that should have been available last week. Can you canvas opinion on bhr site about hiring legal representation. We are waiting for the bod to make the next move when we could make our own. What are the worst case scenarios and how can we stop them.We have to look at these people like they are gordon ghekko. I am not knowledgable about legal matters and my sympathy lies with people who have invested 70k +. Andymk is there still hope?
Hi When can you call a meeting so we can vote them out?
Hi andy Now that the company has not submitted the shareholder's register within five days or produced a court order within five days are there any measures we can take to ensure we get hold of this register. How does one go about removing bod. I don't believe they will ever come good and act in shareholder's interest. Is there any further steps people can take to bring a positive change. I dont understand the processes like you do and hope we are not outmanoevered and outflanked .
Hi Thanks for keeping us informed about different scenarios. I know that there are things you can't tell us. However, are things going on behind the scenes every day in order to prevent the bhr management from trying to shaft us again. Are we boxing proactive rather than reactive. It's alarming when i hear the word 'liquidation' and 'mate's insolvency practioner'. Is there any heartening news? What can fsa do? No we wont accept a derisory offer.
Braz What kind of derisory offer you think they will make? 0.50?
Farr jones I know from the direction of the posts on this board that your accolytes are posting on this forum and on iii. I will not accept a derisory offer. I want an offer of 1p or more a share. When the derisory offer comes in I will wryly smile.and refer to the posts from newcomers. The good gang of three are fighting for our rights and we they have to do a lot of work covertly and justifiably so. Reread some of the new posts and think about their agenda. why are they so interested in a suspended share and only register yesterday. We need transparency and justice and feel good that I voted no to resolutions as it was the right thing to do.
I dont underrstand the ins and outs of administration. Does the bod choose administrators or can we vote them out and get independent administrators and who are fair in evaluation of assets. I do not trust bod in appointing a friend to evaluate our assets. I like the idea of several suitors bidding up to a penny a share. How do we go about getting fair share value. Gees, a penny a share. Wow that would be amazing. i want your input into the next steps. can fsa step in. Pah! A 75k fine wont deter bod, we need a larger threat to them! What about a lawyer to act on behalf of many investors. Please can you amplify what a lawyer would bring to the table in the way of ensuring we are receiving fair shareholder value if company is sold.
Redbike/tiff Yes i am heartened that the ball has started rolling with the fsa investigation into bhr. I believe the bod would take an interest in these types of forums as they want to gauge the strength of the opposition from their ivory tower. What is the address of fsa?Would another letter from a pi stressing the same points already made have any bearing on the investigation currently taking place. People cite RRL as a great action group. Are our guys following their lead and making the same kinds on inroads in their pursuit of justice for the small investors. Cant we be proactive rather than reactive. Can some of the lurkers on this forum come out from the shade and give me their thoughts and insights. This is serious stuff with some investors marriages being put under the strain over the collapse of bhr. Going back to the egm last week. Are you seriously saying that had pi's brought 6 people into meeting we could have voted BOD out. Surely we could have mobilized more than three people .Should we have not forseen this and mobilized a higher turn out. We are talking thousands of pounds at stake. If i knew the gravity of the situation i would have made enquiries to go. Yes the meeting was called at short notice but as an investor novice i would have liked some guidance about the requirements of being able to registering the right to attend the meeting. How many bhr investors read this board?20? 50? Where are you and why aren't you posting and being galvanized into action rather than ennui. You have thousands of pounds at stake and a ray of hope with the beginnings of an fsa investigation. Many of you are far and away more knowledgable about investing than me and i want to know there are enough people out there who care about the predicament we are in. I want solidarity i want a community! I want results!
A yes vote meant a 1000 pound worth of shares bought a few months ago would have been worthless. Bod would have diluted and diluted until your shares and everyone elses would be worthless whilst the bod and their friends on yhe other hand would benefit handsomely by the yes vote. There is a hope by voting no we can salvage something and get justice too. We want to undercover the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I will ask again - what sorts of measures can fsa take to ensure fair play will ensue.
