I understand what you mean Oz. what concerns me is why have we paid £700,000 to Zam in shares, on what basis was Zam valued at without producing accounts and why pay in shares when we could of paid cash with the loan (todays rns) which would of give us better negotiation than providing share which at today's price could be worth x5 at least in the future, which potentially they could sell and keep the sp back. Just my opinion

Think it was the case Bill knew he couldn't do both roles but kept staff cost down during his time which is a credit for keeping a tight ship, plus as we getting bigger, it has now come for the time for Bill to excel his self in what he knows best. Investors need to be patient, like I said before little news sends sp up then comes back down, I'd prefer big rns to shift the sp with 60%-80% increase which keeps the momentum going, with bitcoin down its not a good idea to release mediocre news....yes BTC and QBT are related as they are both in Tech industry so for people who question they are not related as utter nonsense we are related even if it isn't much at the moment.

This is just the start because the sp fell so low doesn't mean the companies fundemental got weaker in fact they are stronger than they have ever been so still bargain to be had.
