Sucess, your anger won't make no difference, this company has already milked investor lots of cash , now there end game is to not pay out. there is simply no liquid within the stock Aim listed market. it's a dry pond. if you have water ( money) keep it to yourself, don't put it into the AIM listed pond again.. only brokers, Ceos , British government make money in this. the end game never ever end well for investors.

Roland has done what Selan wanted him to do.

my advice is never to invest a penny on the LSE. LSE is very well organized and controlled to legally take investors cash.

Yes , shareholders can object to selling the remaining 50%,

but Roland will turn around and say company has no further cash to operate as a going concern .

1 if don't sell remaining 50% then company must raise again which will dilute existing holders even more,

2 if don't sell remaining 50% and unable to raise cash, then administration will be called upon.

so as Roland stated, selling the remaining 50% is the best outcome.

I don't think Roland would that daft to recieved any cash payments from Selan at this moment.

there could be a pre organized agreement done under the table such as firstly resigning from his ceo position at Syn and then he will probably receive 10% royalties from all future Gas sales in Cambay.
