You know very well the statement you made is untrue . No businessman will invest major money without a independent Lab report. Which Lorna promised in a RNS in February.

There could be few reasons why she will not release it .

1 The details lab can not verify the intial report of finding free flow Helium and Hydrogen.

This is the same reason no directors have brought any share since the finding.

If the initial results are verify by the Detail Lab report the sp will go through the roof.

£4.2 MILLIONS raised last 4 months nothing is done with it Except directors getting paid for doing Nothing.

This has happened with 88E, RMS name the few .

Any JV partner need Detail Lab report before they will make any offer.

Till detail lab report is released we will not get offers.

Once the report is released sp will double other was no point of buying in to HE1. Even the directors are not buying HE1 share.

Director have no faith in it . Even though they have all the data for HE1.

Most likely initial finding was not a find just a wishful thinking.

This is happened with 88 e . Great find than price dropped to 50% and no directors buy.

Details lab report not done. If you read the RNS which states that on site helium test was done and sample were sent to lab for proper Lab report to a competent person . So far no lab report . You know that why are you saying otherwise.

This morning sold all my share in 88e. Last time sold 4 years all at a loss. Good luck to all. Main thing to remember is that BOD are not buying any 88e share . They have NO interest in it . Thay just want their pay and get on with their life.

3 They know that they will never commercially get any oil , because US want to keep the reserves.

88e , The directors do not believe in it. This is why thay rather take cash in shares. 88e flow rate is 70 Bopd . Which the directors do not belive in.

So if you do not want to loose your money Please sell up and move on.
