A couple of directors buying small stakes ticks the boxes for me-this share still below the radar and growing. Could now start to move up.

You can keep tabs on buyback by looking for RNS stating change in shareholdings. Then keep adding all those where company is buying back. I see in latest RNS no final anticipated asset value is given-I expect this will be released before AGM -maybe next week-so investors should know value before AGM. I wonder if they are hoping to scoop up remaining buy back shares before announcing. I think if your not on board soon you may miss the share price rise.

Share price is of the bottom and still very cheap. Although news has been thin I think that a lot is going on in the background and when news comes out shares could well get a re-rating. Although we don't hear much at the moment Cyber security, which they are heavily into, is the thing of the moment and I expect the share price will be much higher by the year end as they gain momentum.

Tom in fact says, after talking to CEO, Falanx will not need cash and will move into profit this year.

Moving up well today, I expect recent Chairmans buy is portent for more good news to be announced as they add more deals-Once they get to break even profits should zoom up on the very high margins that they are achieving and share price will respond accordingly..

So few shares in free float that price moves on every buy or sell-is a tree shake going on as really no reason for price to drop after the announcement-most odd.

I expect these new directors either to acquire a share holding from one of the other large shareholders or more likely to take up the new £3,000,000 convertible loan notes that were recently created. The £3,000,000 would put the company on a sound footing ready for deals that I expect are already lined up, to take place. Clearly they have not joined the company to do nothing and this will become clear in the next few weeks by which time the price may well have moved a lot higher. Look at it -these are very high powered guys, they don't get involved to sit still. Locked in you may be if they suspend the stock to do a deal but you should be well rewarded when the price jumps like all shells.
