Up nearly 100% and moving fast these Indian Capital Growth sub shares are still way undervalued. Asset value of the ordinary shares has gone up 14p, whilst the ordinary shares have only risen about 4p and the subs 3p-so their is a huge catch up of both the ordinary and the subs on the cards.Subs convertible mid August so could easily be another 100% plus here once investor realise the pricing anomaly. Indian stock market on a strong move up at the moment.

LightwaveRF plc ("LightwaveRF" or the "Company") is the Internet of Things ("IOT") provider of the LightwaveRF platform and connected devices enabling domestic and commercial users to remotely monitor and control light, heat, power and security by smartphone, tablet or PC. The Company is pleased to announce that it has entered an agreement with an additional UK distributor, ERA Home Security Ltd ("ERA"). Under the terms of the agreement ERA will become the LightwaveRF distributor into key DIY retail accounts in the UK including Kingfisher and Maplin. ERA, which is part of Tyman Plc, recently acquired longstanding LightwaveRF customer Response Electronics who will play an active role in management of LightwaveRF's high street retailers. LightwaveRF will also integrate the Response Electronics' wireless house alarms on to its platform as well as future ERA security systems. ERA have the leading share of the UK window and door component market and will work with LightwaveRF to commercialise the previously announced, LightwaveRF patent applied for, Smart Window system. The signing of the agreement has been sealed with initial agreed orders of approximately £250,000.

Am i the only one watching this share going up day by day, by next week could be the biggest winner this month.

As I said a few days back there is a great possibility of a very large gain here. The Indian stockmarket is moving up strongly and the ordinary shares are going up with it. Every 1p gain should give rise to a 1p gain in the subs. The subs are exerciseable mid August at 61p ( ordinary shares currently 66.5 p to buy) so quite a few weeks to go. However ordinary are at a very large discount to assets at the moment and this could close considerably in coming weeks increasing the subs price exponentially. In my view the subs price will still rise by between 50% to 100% by subscription date, these shares are not closely followed but one not to miss for a large gain in a few weeks. Buy

This small and overlooked Indian Trust which has an amazing growth record now has assets of 93p and share price of 65p that's a huge discount-Asset value has gone up from 77p in April to todays 93p that's an increase of 20% in 3 months whilst share price has not kept pace-significant share price re-rating on the cards anytime now-check it out.

India Capital growth Trust shares are currently trading at 65p at a huge discount to their asset value of 93p ( or 83p if all sub shares taken up). The trust considers that the discount is unwarranted and is partly caused by not having enough shares in issue to give enough liquidity. To combat this they have issued subscription shares (IGCS) which are exercisable in August at 61p In my view the market is beginning to realise that both the the share price and more particulary the sub share is considerably undervalued and that both prices will strongly move up to reflect this. As the ordinary share price moves up so will the sub share price. A 1 p rise in the share price will give rise to a minimum 1p rise in the subs share price which is currently 4.5 p Before the exercise date of the sub shares ( IGCS) in August it is more than likely the discount anomaly will be realised and the shares rerated accordingly. I expect to see the ordinary shares rise to at least 70p and the sub shares up at least the same amount to 9.5p---A 100% gain . Check it out-this trust is way too cheap.

Lightwave now supporting Nest with their app. from advfn.... Link up with Nest- just a thought here Npower supply and install the Nest thermostat as a package-are they considering also offering the Lightwave range as well-it could generate a lot of business for Npower and a lot more for Lightwave-is that the reason that the have have linked up with Nest. Most of the energy companies are offering the supply and install of heating controls as part of their services to generate more business apart from just the supply of fuel. A link up with an energy supplier would provide a huge market for Lightwave -its what they need a link up with someone who can provide a base load of sells for the company and give their products some publicity. Could be ! lets see what develops.

The price rise has been amazing but has it got a bit overheated, 169p price target was for a years time,will it drop as fast as its risen ? or keep going .

The group’s proven & scalable technology platform, which processed over a billion lottery transactions a month before the suspension, will now be at the commercial heart of what we expect to be one of the largest mobile apps in China. The agreement follows other significant recent DJI announcements in Shandong (partnering the first official mobile sports lottery app) and Heilongjiang (launching an official online sports booking engine). Assuming the Xinhua app captures no more than 5% of the relevant consumer spend next year, on which a 0.2% commission will be earned, this translates into £58 million of Xinhua-related net revenue. On top of that, assuming the Shandong lottery app attracts no more than 1 million downloads out of 15 million regular players, this translates into a further £25 million of net revenue. As a result, we forecast net attributable earnings for 2017 of £27.8 million. Applying a reasonable forward P/E rating of 10 times gives us a 12-month target price of 169 pence. Rather peculiar deal in my view loaning another company cash-I wonder of it is in the form of convertible loan or something. I am anticipating bigger deals than this with all these heavyweights on board.

Seems to me that IKA and ARM are working together on the new battery technology just launched. This I think is quite significant to have Arm in your camp and adding input to it's possible uses. ARM is a big successful outfit and they obviously have knowledge of what the future holds-so for them to have linked up with ARM is a huge vote of confidence of what they must see as a multi million dollar opportunity or they wouldn't bother. Bought some more yesterday as I think that share price has a long way to go and I expect licencing deals will out very shortly.
