Today’s news was out this week, to distance it from Molly updates next week. Shares issued today could be double he price within a week. Gulf crisis has created an opportunity for them to reward the new executives at minimum dilution, hence win win.

The stock is a tiny dilution to incentivise the new and existing executives. They benefit from a rise in price plus are extremely strong locally. The foundation is rock solid now pending Molly updates. I doubt this change and the stock being issued is badly timed. It’s at a low ahead of good news, which will make the price rise. They’d hold off if the opposite was true. Time to hold and accumulate, not panic sell at a loss. Typical AIM.

It’s not a fund raise. It’s the result of a lot of buying. They’ve stopped accumulating and have become a very bullish local significant holder. Very positive for future trial license applications.

At least they’ve got almost 50p a share in cash. Good war chest if the mine closes. Obviously they’ll not plunder on dividends or share buy back - hopefully something legal can be acquired.
