Would everybody like dividend to be included in final calculation of 2020?
I can also put out two final results for 2019,without and with dividend.

Including 1 billion takeover of canadian market yesterday puts them on debt of x5 earnings.
Best way to look at it is a 10 year mortgage with dividend paid out and regular tenants.
I love the ambition and expertise of this company, time will tell if right or wrong, but down 3% today on my selection lol.
Cinema viewings up on 4 year trend, streaming compliments it imo like skys sports promotes prem attendance, not a negative imo.
Viewings down this year but still up on two years ago and four year upward trend key for me, too much short term negativity.

Lgen and Av. I love them both but Av's the standout value to me with future forecasts, given 2017 pe was 14, if eps hits 60p at year end then its got to be worth 600p a share.
Lgens dividend up 55% in 5 years, Aviva up 70%.
Lgen currently 5.2% yield, Aviva 7%

I make it 13% up overall providing Solo Oil price still valid at 2.43p,Ariel might be able to update on this.

Yes my god help us comment due to the fact everything I seem to mention eg Cine has turned to lead recently.
However Hargreaves did well and now Aviva too.
Aviva will be held for income long term,profit forecasts for end of year are really good(ref digital look) and so hopefully the 7.5% div from buy will be bumped up further from after end of year results around April.
Eps forecast to increase from around 40p to 60p,-research opinion only.

Transferred from funds to aviva yesterday,theres a delay in fund sell processing so double portfolio profit lol,nicely timed trump announcement on china war last night as well.
My tip on hargreaves earlier this month must be up at least 15%.

Regals probably were run down,making them the perfect target for Cineworld,who basically give run down cinemas the Gordan Ramsey treatment lol,knowing that revenues will increase from higher volumes and revenues from offering first class venues and service.
