If Gav had 2.25m @7p average, for him to be at breakeven at 5p he'd need to have bought another 2.25m @ 3p.
Meaning he would have put a total of 225k into this (best case).
Why would someone take such big risks if they're comfortably retired? I think Gav has got himself into a spot of trouble here, he's going to struggle to offload a holding that big.
"My bet is on a later RNS explaining why the raise couldnt go through as planned. Then full year accounts and even with past accounting smoke and mirrors, it will be brutal. But that still allows a couple of months to capitalise the pump..."
Why have they given themselves 6 weeks to hand over the cash?
I think issuing warrants at 50p and a quid was a really smart move though, gets the TG super horny without costing them a penny 👏
Is nobody going to share the Proactive 'article'? I've been itching to share the disclaimer:
"In exchange for publishing services rendered by the Company on behalf of Valereum PLC named herein, including the promotion by the Company of Valereum PLC in any Content on the Site, the Company receives from said issuer annual cash compensation of typically up to $25,000."
Funnily enough they appear to have changed the wording on the website 🤔
