We’ve been through this, the deal is not underwritten by Lloyds.

No advice was given to QGP, what I provided was a list of reasons why this deal appears to be totally bogus. I stand by them.

You keep pointing to the RNS releases as evidence that the deal's legit, when we all know they've published total b***ocks through that medium plenty of times before.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but the only pieces of advice I’ve ever offered are:

- don’t put your money into this dog

- don’t rely on AI for research

They’re holding up quite well IMO

Here's a potential scenario for a hypothetical company, let's call it Lavereum:

- the company was facing insolvency

- the BoD have a lot of shares and no exit liquidity

- an incredible offer of investment suddenly appears 😉

- the market reaction isn't what was expected

- still no exit liquidity 😔

Just because there's been no sell-off doesn't mean the deal's legit

Bash - similar in that neither DMC or QGP had any kind of history. Both had minimal employees on LinkedIn, both had GoDaddy websites created just months before the deals were announced.

Both completely lack credibility.

Both offered deals that were/are too good to be true.

Hard to say really, given there’s a solid base of TG true-believers propping this up. Without them, this would certainly be in low single figures.

The DMC deal is perfectly relevant, it was eerily similar to the QGP one.
