The value of the consideration is:

The fair (market) value of the notes at the date of the transaction

That fair value already reflects:

• Remaining coupon payments

• Time to maturity

• Credit risk

• Prevailing interest rates

• Liquidity

You do not add principal + remaining coupons separately. The note’s price already embeds the present value of all future cash flows.

A serious company:

- would have leased the domain for more than the minimum 1yr

- not used GoDaddy

- not used a scientific sounding name straight out of a generator

- not taken down the website to update it

- not removed all of the existing information about their other services

- not allowed the site to 404

Incredible that people still believe this is an entity with billions behind it
