If your a high earner then vct probably worth looking at as well because of tax rebates,I know of someone an accountant who runs another website who uses them mainly to take advantage of this.
I've been in clln blnd bby chg.Started investing Jan 12 with 19.8k in sipp now at 31.5k ,good run in past 6 weeks up 2 k since the date rsa dropped to 80 p .
Go on Golden ocean page it shows the managed funds I'm in.cazanova smaller companies is favourite followed by AXA Framlington Biotech but there's a 6% buy sell margin on it.Currently 80% of portfolio in managed funds reason being cannot seem to make 47% profit levels of casanove fund mentioned.25-35% seems to be the best I can do -after commission fees that cost me about 5% from frequent trading.
You can't really judge a pharmaceutical company on fundamentals the research is either a success or failure and the share price eventually reflects this.

P/e forecast to be 8.7 next year roughly 10% lower than Rsa is now, plus in my opinion greater certainty of getting paid a dividend which is why my money is now in there.Impact on share price to Rsa IF final ex dropped and already stated in previous rns it could be affected would be take the price to what 80p?
My guess is the 3300 million shares times say 4p final ex equals guess what 130 million additional shortfall equals no final ex this year and back to go next year minus investor confidence.
If you need the dividend for income why not just sell the equivalent of your portfolio of say 5p's worth at final ex time?
Mms had a tree shake today, worse that can happen is no final div then back to normal, just my opinion.
What's the worst that will happen final div voided?
So what should have taken off the share price 5p plus 5 p loss of confidence for good measure maybe, back to 120 next year imho.
