Cashed in a load of shares yesterday to buy 10k of HSBC on year low,thought I still in Rsa but had sold.Cashed in others now bought 8000 Rsa at 80.45 ,choppy waters will smooth out,I don't think these will drop much further ,a stop loss of 75 p would be a good risk to reward ratio imo.Prepared to hold for lower if necessary.

I reckon new chairman will take it over 2 pounds hopefully,stuckie by any chance?

Haven't a clue ,peace and goodwill to all men but if any mf,upsets the av crew I'll chew their Christmas balls off. I'm in Rsa for about 10% of portfolio the digital look forecasts make it patently obvious it's a good thing.

Switch to Fidelity Special values,check out when Alex Wright took over and how well it's doing since,go's ex div on 13th about 17p I believe,a much better place to be in imo.

Funny how Barclays share price is half that of Bnc

Many thanks for information and links.Digital look have already forecast that dividend will dip below eps next year to 7.9% by requirement I guess.On the plus side profit levels forecast to go up nearly a third . I don't know of any other company that pays such a high proportion of its eps as dividend year on year and is able to maintain it,partly due to scrip in tough times -clever guys. Reckon that the dips forecast are realistic but in 12 months minimum over 6 pounds.

Hi there ,with regards to British land Nav on last year end report was 635p,share peak has been about 620p and broker targets are bullish mainly in 600's upto 710 with Deutsche Bank. Still in as overslept through 7.50am alarm for Vodafone lol.

Look at the total equity figures instead 2013 5,687.00 2012 5,104.00 2011 4,930.00 2010 4,208.00 2009. 3,209.00 Also the Net Asset Value 2013 635.42p 2012. 575.42p 2011. 561.50p 2010. 489.85p 2009. 505.40p Revenues are lower as land and property have been sold to reinvest in major projects such as Cucumber and Shard.
