Too much. They are not even servicing the debt on the Blackrock loan. Keep rolling it over. I'd say USD$60-65m
The last pertinent RNS in Oct for the blackrock debt following agreement of an additional $7m facility said "The initial US$2.75m tranche of funds has been drawn this week. The additional facility will, once fully drawn down, increase the total outstanding Blackrock facility to a principal of US$47 million plus accrued interest."
Back in Dec 19 an RNS stated a slightly different take "The additional facility and the roll up of interest (known as payment in kind or PIK) will, on drawdown, increase the total outstanding Blackrock facility to USD49.1m"
So stick another 13% onto that in a year gets you to $55.5m
Add on the β¬5m (US$6.1m) Santander loan from February and another US$2.5m brings you to around the US$62.5. Add the atlas convertible bonds at $0.5m or so date You can call it US$63m
There have also been a number of placings to raise cash.
However they were awarded a grant of β¬5.3m euros in Mar 2018 which is yet to be paid. It is contingent upon meeting conditions. It has not been paid yet.
