I don't see the point in applying filters if you then just spend time commenting about posts you cannot see (alledgedly) Seems to be a waste of time to me. Still, it gives them something to talk about other then the falling shareprice.
1:1 warrants on that last placing. 1:2 on the prior placing. Next one will be like that window company. " I say you buy one, you get one free"

You can be assured that if there is positive news, you will hear about it. If there isn't then you won't. So far its won't :-)

No indication of new investment. BOD, oh and K3 of course. More likely throwing good money after bad. The fact that the warrants are on 1-1 basis is desperation IMO

K3. When youve been selling your holding at a loss all the way down from the 40p's Its ineviatable that one time you will be buying at the best price. Is it now, will it make up for very significant past losses ? Who knows, but at least you still have your warrants

Why ? The last shares were issued at 8p with (2 for 1) 12p warrants. Its LESS likely that 12p will be acheivable .
There were 14m+ warrants at the last placing (at 12p) this is is now increased to 26.5m warrants (at 12p)
This is the worst possible news for people with an average above 12p as that will be a VERY significant sticking point if 26.5m warrants are exercised.

For the statto's amongst you. Thats now 72.5% dilution (EXCLUDING warrants) since 8th March when the Capitol reorganisation was announced.

Is that shareholder value ?
