You are talking about breaking even at an operational level ? What figure are you suing for servicing the debt (Never mind repaying it)

"The number of staff employed at La Parrilla mine as at 31 December 2021 was 129 compared to 124 as at 30 September 2021."

Not necessarily Franny. As you say it depends on the amount and method of finance.
A placing would be bad at 2p. (Unlikely)
A CLN arrangement would be a disaster (Likely)
A term loan at Low interest (<5%) would probably be viewed favourable if it was for a sizeable amount ($4m+)

Just for balance, but you really should learn how to calculate it rather then guessing. You will note these numbers are higher than yours. Best to be as factual and scientific as possible.

I used a figure of $830k as the placing income, it was actually £838 GBP so the picture is worse as that equates to $1.13m
So $838 from product and $1.13 in placing. Very close to US$2m.

I get that. Some posters are thrwoing around a cash burn of £250k a month. Its very much more than that and of course excludes debt servicing payments that should be paid. Lets not forget they reaised £750k in mid-November too. A total of £1.5m (+ revenue from shipped product) eaten up in 13 weeks.
The numbers are bad.

You get paid when the goods are shipped. In the RNS for the month of July it is stated "Completed four concentrate shipments : three tungsten shipments and one tin shipment, totalling 80t of concentrate"
So the $1m revenue came form the 60t of W and 20t of Sn concentrate. It DID NOT result from the 68t production number.
You know all this Troajan, its been discussed before. You are just being provocative.

1. Now you want a price for 49t. This is what was shipped in January. So all of a sudden you understand that you get paid for what you ship, funny that.
2. You don't know how to work it out for yourself.

49t of W Concentrate at the same grade as Q4 and assuming a price of $330/mtu would deliver revenues of approx $838k
So yes, a few assumptions, (price and grade)

Now here is your problem. Having raised $830k in the Jan 5th placing and generated $838k from the sale of concentrate (thats a total of $1.68m) here they are now strapped for cash and back out with the begging bowl trying to arrange yet more cash.

I would be surprised if it was a dilutionary placing to raise any significant money. Masterman would have to chuck a good proportion in if he was to remain a significant shareholder. If it is a dilutionary placing I would think it would be a smaller amount to get through the next week or 2, while he tries to find some other mugs.
Any cash raise here is going to be expensive in my opinion. This is junk status.
