I was 30% up just before the news; sitting on a loss now so will wait for news tomorrow or Wed.

Still thinking news will be positive, Ruyi either want to pay slightly less or want to whole thing.

I was personally going to sell a third of my holdings when deal was done and was going to wait a year or so for the price to get to double digits before selling the rest of my holding. Will happily take 6.5p now if Ruyi want it all.
Don't think Ruyi would have asked for an extension if they didn't want some form of the deal

Was in 10% profit several days ago, now in 30% loss. AIM has no logic!
If Ruyi do want a complete buy out I cant see it more than 6/7p (which is 4/5 times higher than the current SP)

Id be happy with anything over 5p.

If Ruyi have controlling stake then why would Bagr need a loan ? Bagr have pretty solid finances and are in profit.
In regard to the BOD there must be some protection for them (typically there is usually a contract that states BOD will be in position for 12 months and then if targets are hit they will stay longer).
The BOD are going a decent job thus far

It is odd that Ruyi want another 2 weeks to amend the deal, they do seem to be dragging their feet for some reason.
They could want a higher % - 75ish? Not sure what other changes they could want; can't see them offering less money.

Only another 12 trading days left for us to find out...

Im assuming they will need an EGM and board approval so this deal may not be done for another couple of months!

Bagir are making profit; unlike many other AIM companies who are making huge losses and still have huge valuations.
Even without the deal Bagir are a decent investment.

It wasnt far of 65p a few years ago with an M&S contract. I personally believe we have a lot more potential now.
Not saying this will be 60p anytime soon, but can see this close to that figure within the next few years
