If you are referring to me Rees. I did hold Novacyt, it was the first share I bought for 10 years, after getting burned on metals/Rare Earths/Uranium and vowing never to invest again. Just checked my account- bought NCYT on the 24/02/2020.
Oh what if I still held them now... sold out in April, bough back in, sold in June. Small amounts, still have bad memories.

Read the recent RNS Rees, there will be more shares in issue - at 0.25p - which was the point I was making (now 3,160,422,8440

Also Rees it wasn't the amount - i'm with you on that, it equates to around 2% by my crude calculation, it was the value, 0.25p, issued at that concerned me.

Was the 'decider' not full reason, I also though the JV was priced in on the spike, seen it many a time on AIM when a RNS lands price goes down (even on a storming RNS).

Another factor was I had more than 10 bagged and the loss of the last couple of days was having an effect. Decided to take profit. Still finding my risk tolerance level. All the excitement was affecting my ability to concentrate in work also lol.

What's the view on the value the new shares are issued at - 0.25p? don't see this being mentioned much - was the decider in me selling, shame really as was planning to hold. Just got small stake left in. (And before I get any first post criticism been lurking on LSE since Feb/March and UFO since 0.2 back in July, for a small stake).
