Piedmont paying market price. At no point have they said 2nd offtaker gets any favourable terms such as cheaper product. It's unlikely when there are 6 competing and bidding for access to the supply in the final round of talks. Plenty of deals like this and most likely outcome is the offtaker pays the spot price like the majority do and like Piedmont is.
Bring on the news.
The great thing back this rise is that's it has been gradual over 2 weeks rather than a sudden pump.
This means that sellers have been cleared at all levels which has firmed up the share price nicely.
Now the overhang is gone too meaning it can return back over the 0.1p level soon.
Market cap still so low considering it has a world class asset amongst the majors and cash reserves at half the total current company valuation.
Therefore in my eyes this company is very undervalued.
I've added, little downside from here imo whilst the company has half cash to market cap and is in discussions for project level JV.
But huge upside with a lot in the pipeline.
Not advice and please do your own research!

I believe a similar game being played by the crooked crew like for Shanta Gold. They surpressed the price to frustrate the little guy into selling, whilst buying up the shares at a nice discount to the incoming takeover bid. I think most of us expect Assore to come back at 35-40p. If you're buying in at 18-23p it's a good return for those who are building large positions in the background.
So either that or related to the Ghana listing.
Either way the Ghana listing and massive offtake deal news must be very close now....
The world class asset/project fundamentals remain.
