"Impest Investments" - Owned by "Dutch Noble House (Dmitry Suschov) and "Woodland Investing Limited" - Both BVI Companies.

"Krasnobrodsky-Yuzhniy LLC" is currently going through Bankruptcy.

"Marendo Investments" is also currently going through liquidation as of December 2023.

"Petros Zapitis" is a front man for Marendo which leads back to Dmitry Suschov.

Did Dmitry try and pull a fast one?

Thanks Del, i thought it was DR too but just wasn't sure. If on this occasion he was onto something then even just 4% additional shares would be enough for them to launch a bid.

Its almost become urban legend that an offer was received for above 50p, in fact closer to 70p from memory which i think emanated from GMF's group.

Im not so sure how much truth there was to it at the time but that was before the invasion and highly unlikely to be relevant in today's political & economic environment

If some posters are to be believed then DS is involved with the party that Queeld are contesting their share ownership with. He currently has a total of 16.26%, then if the Queeld shares are adjudged to the other party that's an additional 10.73% giving a total of 26.99%. The additional 10% dilution going to the same party would certainly give enough for a takeover / buyout bid.

Cant remember exactly who claimed that DS was involved with the party contesting Queeld shares though, if not IKN/Dimitryreacts then it was definitely one of the Telegram Group.

Does anyone else remember the full details?

(@gecko, if i remember correctly, the directors have *not* agreed to forego their salaries … they are simply *deferring* payment of pay & perks … they will still get all that pay, in the end … and in the event of corporate failure, paying out deferred BoD pay would rank higher than unsecured debt or shareholder equity, so BoD will still collect their cake even if EUA just goes bust)

Do you think the board will demonstrate to us how much of it is left in the subsidiary and what it has been used for since? When was the money transferred to the subsidiary, what sanctions were in place then?

Butty, i dont know for certain that the loan was provided on an interest free basis but it wouldn't be unusual. Im more interested in how much of it is left and what its been used for in the subsidiary.

We placed shares to to raise a hefty sum which we were advised would be for the Rosgeo JV, only to be told 2 years later by CS "yea, that's not happening anymore" with no further explanation given

If the 20m was loaned to a subsidiary company its likely it would have been done on a interest free basis

Im thinking (hoping) that they will release something on Wednesday morning via RNS to allow discussion in the Webinar. It would be even better if they released it today or tomorrow so it gave us time to consider any questions which may arise from whatever is released.

Richard, i see BFD has corrected you on GGP but you have also claimed the EUA have never done a webinar before which is incorrect. They have previously and questions were invited from shareholders. Not all were answered and it was clear they handpicked which they wanted to respond to. Del put together a comprehensive of list of questions to be submitted last time round.

Del would you be happy to share what questions you have submitted this time round?

Hopefully this years webinar will answer many of the questions shareholders have and we can maybe add some meat to the paltry bones we are currently being fed, with the rationale for some decisions also being shared with us.

The wording of the RNS does have a hint of coercion with regards to the matter of the Placing & subsequent dilution of our holdings and hopefully CS will expand on the subject to allow us to understand why this is the route they are choosing to go down.

From memory she acts as an executive assistant to one of the board members of Essar, not sure how much experience she has of acting as company secretary as she does for EUA

I could be wrong and happy to be shot down if so but I think Artem has at Essar for quite some time and continues to hold his position there. Anna Price who was appointed as company secretary for EUA after Keith's departure is also employed at Essar with Artem

That makes sense Lovelyboy, its frustrating for the rest of us but they whoever owns the shares do have a significant vote which could sway any decisions put to shareholders to vote on. I'd wager that Q&M wont be voting positively for CS if it transpires they do have the rights to the shares. Having said that, taking dattabase's response from YJ as accurate it would appear that Q&M will be removed from the share register and replaced by another entity as there would be no date to be ratified if there was no change to what it currently shows.

So Dattabase is claiming to be receiving information before the market now, interesting
