I do agree with that Folio, its a totally different investment environment for Funds nowadays due to sanctions etc and there would be no requirement for them to buy in current times. I have a couple of portfolios with different providers, my HSBC one doesnt allow me to buy EUA shares whereas others do, i've no idea what restrictions other providers might have in place surrounding EUA.

Irrespective of all that, it's nice to see some decent upward movement here again after all this time. Long may it continue

I thought the marcap share at the time when Index Funds had to buy us was far higher than that, my memory thinks the share price was in excess of 20p although there were obviously far less shares in issue at that point. I've no idea where it would work with todays number of shares in issue.

I find it hard to believe that the Daily Mail is the first to discover Trumps plan for peace in Ukraine over the rest of the worlds media and will discount this "find" like every other find the DM has uncovered

I think if a non-binding offer of 1.5bn had been offered back then we would have heard about it by now. The claim of this coming from some AI chat sounds like nonsense to me.

There is however something fueling this rise, could be those closer to the action seeing a possible end to the Ukraine situation, there's possibly something going on in the background and word is getting out. It doesn't feel as if its institutional money that's fueling this rise though in my opinion, and we've certainly some pumps here in the past. Interesting to note some of the posters who have popped up of late, some known for turning up on previous pumps.

Im not sure, there has to be plenty of shareholders trapped with averages much higher than that who crystallise a loss after holding for years. For instance Postman Porsche who appears to have been invested a long time and decent poster without agenda has openly said his average is around the 20p+ mark from memory, he won't be the only one either. I'd like to see all shareholders walk away with some profit in an ideal world, especially those who have held a long time and trusted the bod in their statements

A lot will depend on how the MBO is presented to shareholders, if the board recommend it and advise that should the MBO not be agreed then the company could fail then im sure the majority of shareholders would prefer to walk away with something rather than nothing. In an ideal world it would be in excess of 50p per share, however in reality 10-15p is probably as good as it gets.

lets hope so, the talk hasn't generated any interest in our shares so far though.

i hope this is the year that a peaceful solution is found for the ****show over in ukraine.

I agree with that Spikey, the ramping crews have long departed here. I've thought for a long time that the ramping crew had gone but left a few of lower level goons to maintain a little presence here to avoid too much suspicion if they all just disappeared at the same time. Those that invested prior to the Ukraine war have been hoodwinked by the ramping crew and in all likelihood will never see their full investment back.

JC2, im hoping we'll get an announcement of a proposed MBO or sale of assets to an external party for us to vote on but the longer this drags then i think the chance of that subsides with a Placing more likely.

If it is a MBO or sale of to an external party then i have no idea what price per share will be offered, i like to think it will be in double figures but thats as close as a guess i can make
